1. What product does NuvoriaCare™ offer?

We offer a portable door lock designed to enhance your personal security at home, in hotels, or in temporary accommodations. It’s compact, durable, and easy to install—no tools required.


2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your product, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other trusted online payment methods.


4. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. More countries will be added soon.


6. Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping is free. We also offer express delivery options at checkout.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package in real time via our delivery partner.


8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us at support@nuvoria.com to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


9. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


10. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us right away. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
